BEST CHEAP THCA FLOWER OUNCES FROM $29.99

QUICK ANSWER: LIT Farms sells cheap THCA flower ounces from $29.99 for a 28-gram Smalls bag, or $1.07 per gram, with a certificate of analysis linked on every listing. Full-size Essential ounces list at $49.99, and orders of $125 or more ship free.

Plenty of shops have cheap THCA flower ounces for sale at $50 or less. The product photo won't tell you what's in the bag, and the sticker price won't tell you what that ounce costs by the time it reaches your door.

If you're buying THCA ounces on a budget, you probably want volume: enough flower to roll, pass and smoke freely without counting grams, from a shop that shows its lab work.

Three numbers matter more than the sticker: the cost per gram, what the batch tested at, and the total after shipping and tax.

We worked all three out for our own budget ounces and compared the per-gram figure against other budget shops, so you can pick the bag that fits how you smoke.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

• Price per gram is the fairest way to compare cheap ounces across shops, because it puts every bag size and sale price on the same scale. At $29.99 for 28 grams, our Smalls come to $1.07 a gram, so a $100 budget buys around 93 grams here compared with roughly 56 grams at $50 an ounce.
• Moving from Essential to Preferred to Supreme pays for bud size, density, trichome coverage and hand selection. THCA ranges overlap across all three tiers on our wholesale list, so a higher tier does not consistently mean a higher THCA percentage. That makes Essential the practical pick for anyone who grinds everything for joints or bowls and would rather keep the savings.
• Shipping matters most on small orders. One $29.99 ounce by itself comes to roughly $50 after shipping and tax, while any cart of $125 or more ships free. Four Smalls ounces at $29.99 land $5.04 under that line, so adding a fifth bag, or trading one of the four for a $49.99 full-size ounce, gets the entire order delivered for free.
• LIT Farms keeps full 28-gram ounces under $40 in the Essential tier and the Smalls collection, each with a linked lab report and a menu that turns over about every five days. Browse our budget THCA flower and grab this rotation's strains while they're still listed, because the lineup looks different within a week.

OUNCES AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW

Our ounces under $40 are all Essential Smalls, listed from $29.99 to $39.99. Full-size Essential ounces list at $49.99, and individual strains are often discounted below those prices.

The strains behind those prices change every few days, so the lineup updates as batches sell through.

The full THCA flower menu carries the same ounces next to our higher tiers, and most listings print the batch's THCA and Delta-9 THC percentages along with a link to the full lab report.

WHAT $29.99 GETS YOU PER GRAM

A $29.99 ounce costs $1.07 per gram. Next to a $50 THCA ounce, the price Super Greens listed on several single-strain 28-gram bags on September 2026, that's 71 cents less per gram, or about 37 extra grams for every $100 you spend.

To compare any THCA flower ounce price, divide it by 28. We ran that math for our menu and three budget shops that rank for this search.

How we compared:

• Prices read off each shop's live listings on September 2026.
• The list price of one 28-gram ounce, before tax, shipping, coupon codes, sale discounts and multi-ounce pricing.
• Whole-bud flower only, meaning smalls, micros and full-size buds.
• Trim, mixed-strain bags and batches the seller flags as dry, seeded or stemmy are left out.

Our $29.99 Smalls share the bottom row with CBD Hemp Direct's list price and Plain Jane's advertised starting price, so the savings open up against the $40 to $60 ounces instead.

At $59.99, you pay twice what the $29.99 bag costs per gram. Six ounces over a few months come to $179.94 at $29.99 and $359.94 at $59.99.

Some buyers gladly pay the difference for bigger, denser buds, and that's a fair trade if how the flower looks matters to you.

CHEAP DOES NOT MEAN UNTESTED

The $29.99 ounces go through the same lab testing as the rest of the menu.

Every listing links a certificate of analysis (COA), and most budget listings print the THCA and Delta-9 THC figures next to the price, so you can check a batch before it goes in your cart.

These are the numbers from three budget ounces listed on our site:

The reports behind those three listings come from third-party testing and cover cannabinoids, terpenes, residual solvents, pesticides and heavy metals.

Our menu moves fast, so those three strains may already have sold through. The current batch's numbers always sit on the strain's own listing, and our COA library points you to the report for each one.

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES BETWEEN PRICE POINTS

Each step up our three quality tiers buys bigger, denser, more carefully selected buds. A higher THCA number doesn't come with it.

On our wholesale list on September 2026, every tier had strains testing above 22% THCA, and the lowest reading on the whole list, 17.25%, belonged to a Supreme strain. Prices and lab figures move with every batch, so treat the numbers here as examples from that day.

Some strains, Grape Cream Cake among them, list more than one tier on the same listing, so you can price the same strain at each grade side by side.

For joints, blunts and packed bowls, where every bud goes through the grinder, Essential gets you the most flower per dollar.

Preferred and Supreme earn their price when you break flower up by hand, want a jar that looks top shelf, or care most about aroma.

SMALLS VERSUS FULL SIZE OUNCES

Smalls are full 28-gram ounces sorted by bud size. The strain and the lab report on the listing match the full-size bag, and the lower price comes from the smaller buds.

Smalls ounces list from $29.99, while full-size Essential ounces list at $49.99.

Once flower goes through a grinder, bud size stops showing, which is why Smalls tend to suit people who roll or pack bowls.

• Go with Smalls if you grind everything, roll joints or blunts in volume, or want the lowest price per gram on our menu.
• Go with full size if you like breaking buds up by hand, want a bag that looks the part when you're sharing, or the strain you're after isn't listed in Smalls that week.

Smalls listings collect customer reviews the same way our full-size bags do. One Bubble Belts Smalls buyer who had purchased four different strains said it "became the go to strain."

THE DELIVERED PRICE, INCLUDING SHIPPING

Orders of $125 or more ship free. Below that, shipping and your state's tax are added at checkout, which brings a single $29.99 ounce to roughly $50 delivered, or about $1.79 per gram.

That's close to what a $50 ounce costs at shops that include shipping on every order, so the per-gram saving only holds up once your cart clears $125.

Four Smalls ounces miss free shipping by $5.04. Swap one of them for a $49.99 full-size bag, or add a fifth ounce, and the whole order ships free.

Orders process in 2 to 3 business days from payment. We can't ship flower to 17 states, including California, Colorado and New Jersey, so check our shipping policy for the full list before you build a cart.

WHY THE CHEAP SELECTION CHANGES WEEKLY

Our full menu turns over roughly every five days, so the $29.99 strains listed this week will probably be gone by next week.

We buy direct from farms, and which strains we get depends on who has flower ready. Every incoming batch is lab tested before it goes live, and strains that sell slower get reshuffled in the menu order.

Buying direct and selling through that fast is how LIT Farms keeps a $29.99 ounce on the menu in the first place.

The fast turnover also means the ounce you get was bagged recently. We seal flower in a room held at 65% to 72% humidity, and the sealed bag holds that range through transit.

If you're used to dry dispensary flower, a fresh bag can feel softer than you expect, and it's ready to smoke the day it arrives.

If a $29.99 strain catches your eye, order it while it's listed, and check back every few days for the next round of budget ounces.

SHOP OUNCES UNDER $40

The cheapest full ounces we stock sit in two collections. The Essential collection holds our value tier from $29.99, and the Smalls collection groups the small-bud ounces with the lowest price per gram on our menu. Fill a cart past $125 and it ships free.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH IS THCA FLOWER PER GRAM?

On our menu, a $29.99 Smalls ounce works out to $1.07 per gram, and a $119.99 Supreme ounce to about $4.29. Among the other shops we compared on September 22, 2026, whole-bud budget ounces ran $29.99 to $60, or $1.07 to $2.14 per gram.

To price any listing, divide the cost by the number of grams in the bag.

WHERE CAN I FIND A CHEAP QUARTER POUND OF THCA FLOWER?

A quarter pound is four ounces, which comes to 112 grams in 28-gram bags. Four of our $29.99 Smalls ounces total $119.96, or $1.07 per gram before shipping.

Swapping one bag for a $49.99 full-size ounce keeps the same 112 grams and brings the total to $139.96, which is over the $125 free shipping line.

HOW MUCH IS A POUND OF THCA FLOWER?

Our wholesale list for September 22, 2026 prices Essential pounds at $525, Preferred strains at $600 to $750, and Supreme at $1,100 to $1,200. An Essential pound works out to about $1.16 per gram.

Wholesale orders are full pounds only, placed by email with a 24-hour lead time and no returns, so read the terms on our wholesale list before ordering.

IS CHEAP THCA FLOWER LAB TESTED?

At LIT Farms, yes. Every ounce on our menu, including the $29.99 Smalls, links a certificate of analysis on its listing, and our value tier uses the same lab testing as the higher tiers.

Wherever you shop, open the COA before you buy and check that it lists both THCA and Delta-9 THC for the batch you're getting.

WHY DO SOME SHOPS SELL THCA OUNCES FOR $20 TO $25?

Many ounces under $29.99 are trim, mixed-strain bags or batches the seller flags as dry, seeded or stemmy, and the listing usually says so.

On September 22, 2026, Plain Jane labeled its $19.99 bigs as very dry and very seeded, and described its trim ounce as a mix of trim, micro buds and loose flower pieces. One of CBD Hemp Direct's budget batches carried a note about older, stemmy flower.

Those bags can make sense on a tight budget. Compare them against other trim, since a mixed bag and a whole-bud ounce are different products.

HOW MANY GRAMS ARE IN AN OUNCE OF THCA FLOWER?

An ounce is 28.35 grams. The shops we checked, us included, sell ounces as 28-gram bags, and that's the figure behind every price-per-gram number we quote.
